Grind & Profile
Diamond-grind the slab to open the concrete pores so primer bonds chemically, not just mechanically.
Crack Repair & Primer
Repair cracks and spalling with epoxy patch, then roll the high-build epoxy primer.
Full Flake Broadcast
Broadcast vinyl flake to refusal until the floor is completely covered. Scrape and vacuum the next morning.
Polyaspartic Topcoat
Apply the protective polyaspartic clear topcoat for traction, gloss, and long-term chemical resistance.
What goes into the number.

Square Footage
The single biggest factor. Larger garages get better per-foot economics, but every job has a minimum mobilization cost.
Surface Prep
Diamond grinding is included; deep cracks, oil stains, or removing old failed coatings can add prep time and cost.
Topcoat Tier
Standard polyaspartic is excellent. Upgraded topcoats add UV stability for exposed/sun-lit floors and longer warranties.
